ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER


Meet John Pennington - John has been with Tibby's since March of 2005. He started as a shop helper and has since cross-trained in several other positions such as Parts Person and Service Advisor.



Tim
MASTER OF TECHNOLOGY


Meet Tim Arseneault - Tim was originally trained at MMI and has since worked over 10 years at a Harley-Davidson dealership. During this time he continued training through factory courses and has reached the highest level of service recognition that the factory offers. Tim has a great deal of Dyno tuning, and machine shop experience. In his spare time Tim rides an '07 Ultra Classic. He is also the proud owner of a rigid chopper with a Shovelhead engine.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN


Meet Jeff Walker - Jeff joined our team in July of 2009 with over a year of motorcycle technician experience. He is a graduate of the year-long motorcycle instruction program at Baran Institute of Technology.

TERMINOLOGY

PHD Service Training
The Professional Harley - Davidson Service Training program is an ongoing series of in-dealership training videos, workbooks along with offsite service training classes. PHD programs are targeted at all dealership technicians, service managers and others who assist customers with technical product questions.
The PHD Service Training Program is a self-paced training course designed to keep an employee up to date with regard to topics ranging from basic servicing to engine rebuilding topics. These programs meet the needs of new and experienced technicians.


MMI
Motorcycle Mechanics Institute provides factory supported training programs. Its purpose is to provide the skills necessary to excel as an entry-level technician. They have facilities located in both in Phoenix and Orlando.
