 INVENTORY MANAGER
Meet Karen Thibodeau - Being one of Tibby and Jean's daughters, Karen has been around motorcycles all of her life! She has been working in the Parts department since April of 1988, been Parts Manager since 1996, and recently promoted to Inventory Manager. Karen stays current with the latest P.A.C.E. training programs from Harley-Davidson which have enabled her to better serve the customer's wants and needs.

 ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER
Meet Mike Lastowski - Mike joined Tibby's staff in May of 2008, already having several years of experience in a Harley-Davidson dealership. He was rapidly promoted to Assitant Manager. Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his Softail Deluxe.

 PARTS PERSON
Meet Helen Hicks - Helen joined Tibby's staff in April of 2009, with many years of parts experience from the automotive and motorcycle industry. Helen is very outgoing, maybe due to years on the road recently as a truck driver. In her spare time, she enjoys riding her Softail Heritage.

 MOTORCLOTHES PERSON
Meet Bridgitte Thibodeau - Bridgitte is a member of the 3rd generation of the Thibodeau family working here at Tibby's. She too has been around motorcycles all of her life! She has been working in the MotorClothes department since April of 2007. She stays current with the latest P.A.C.E. training programs from Harley-Davidson which have enabled her to better serve the customer's wants and needs.

P.A.C.E.
The Parts
Accessories & Clothing Expert program is an ongoing series of in-dealership training videos, workbooks along with offsite regional training classes. P.A.C.E. programs are targeted to all dealership employees who have contact with customers.
The P.A.C.E. Training Program is a self-paced training course designed to keep an employee up to date with regard to topics ranging from basic
salesmanship, merchandising and display techniques to product
knowledge and department operations.
