"I have visited other Harley Dealerships prior to chosing my place of purchase. I own many other toys as well and have dealt with several dealerships. I know good service when I recieve it. My sales person, Jon L. was second to none. He was friendly, informative, professional, and put together a very fair deal. It was also a bonus that he was not a "pushy" sales person. Even after the deal was made, Jon is always easy to reach and willing to help out! The entire staff is exceptional. The guys in service were knowledgeable and very friendly also. I felt like I have known them for a long while. Thank you Tibby's and staff for a great experience! "

"I visited 2 other Harley-Davidson dealerships and spoke on the phone to 1 other dealer before I went to Tibby’s. I felt that the other dealers were not willing to give me their best price until I walked out. Tibby’s offered me a great deal and there was no monkey business. I purchased the bike within 20 minutes after I walked into Tibby’s. In today’s market, the customer wants to know that he is not being taken advantage of with more than 1 price. My hat is off to Tibby’s."

"I am absolutely amazed that the sales and service departments remember me by name and even after not having been in over the course of the winter, notice me, and come over to greet me by name. Another great item about Tibby’s H-D is that when I drop my FXDL off for service, the service manager and I examine the bike for any marks/scratches. When I pick up the bike after service, we do the same examination to assure my satisfaction with their care for my bike. Kudos to Tibby’s Harley-Davidson!!! If I were to purchase another bike, it will be a Harley-Davidson and the only dealership I will go to will be Tibby’s."

"This year was finally the year we could afford my husband's first Harley. We searched the dealer locater and visited around 6 dealers. Immediately we felt comfortable at Tibby's. They had the exact bike Andy wanted, color and all. We felt welcome from the start. No pressure, all our questions were answered and they gave us a great price right off the bat. We even checked it out after we left at a so called "match any dealer's price" store and guess what? They couldn't match the price or the friendliness and great atmosphere that Tibby's offers. "From the minute I walked in and was greeted till the time I road my "08" 105th Streetglide out the driveway, everything was so easy! I walked out with a perfect addition to our family! "Stuck in the middle of the city in a place I really didn't want to be and my 91FLHS dies. A call to Tibby's describing my dilema. Tibby's service response, we will be there in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later Tibby's service tech was rolling my bike onto the trailer to travel to the shop. I was impressed with the quick response. It didn't end there, the service team rolled my bike into the shop and immediately went to work on it. A couple of hours later bike was repaired and I was on my way back to Ct. These guys are really great!!!! Hopefully you are never in this emergency repair mode but for many of you that experienced emergency service you know what other HD dealers provide......Roll it on the trailer, drop it off, we will look at it when we can, and usually weeks later your bike is returned. NOT AT TIBBY'S THANKS TEAM!!! All my service and future purchases will be at Tibby's HD. "
